Eye Hath Not Seen... OT and NT Promise

While the world around us crumbles, we have this hope within us, and it comes from the same promise given to Isaiah for his people...reiterated by the Apostle Paul for believers:

From the Old Testament to the nation of Israel:
"For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him" (Isaiah 64:4).

From the New Testament to the grafted in Body of Christ:
"But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." (1 Corinthians 2:9)

Amen!! That's a great promise indeed!

Heaven is beyond our imagination and it’s forever. If we had all the words of our language to use; if we had all the beautiful pictures of nature, the sea, the land and glorious sunsets; if we could speak in a voice never ending, we couldn’t begin to describe how beautiful heaven will be.

And...I'm going there!
