Durban II singles out Israel for racial injustice

Update March 10th:
These countries are protesting and pulling out of the conference:
United Kingdom
Canada
Israel
United States
Denmark
Australia
France
Italy
Netherlands
Germany

The transcripts for the Durban II text again attacks Israel and no other nation, as it did in the original conference in 2001.

France and the Netherlands threatening to boycot, asking the EU to follow suit.

“I am deeply disturbed by the turn this event is taking,” Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen said on Tuesday in a speech before the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. “The way in which the preparatory process for this conference has been proceeding suggests that it is unlikely to be a useful exercise.”

Hillel Neuer, executive director of the Geneva-based UN Watch, said this to the Jerusalem Post:
“Every EU state has a moral obligation to follow the example set today by Dutch Foreign Minister Verhagen and to explain how the Durban process constitutes an assault on the true principles of human rights and anti-racism."

At a large dinner hosted by the Representative Council of French Jewish Institutions (CRIF) in Paris, French Prime Minister Francois Filion stated that his country would withdraw if changes were not made to the draft text with regard to Israel.

Three countries, Israel, the US and Canada have refused to attend.

We'll have to watch the Obama admin closely. Over time, I think he'll turn against Israel.

I hope I'm wrong!

Oh Tiger... I so hope so, too. We need to pray America to her knees... there are signs the admin is crumbling from within. Perhaps we can yet take back America for the Lord, if not...........
